Such a fun place to eat! Love the decor! The service was super helpful and they always had a smile. The food was super tasty and came out nice and hot! I tell you I cannot get enough of their tacos!! Their liquid gold steak was cooked perfectly and such indulgence! We also got to try a new item their noodles with shrimp. The size of those shrimp! I’m just saying! This is a lovely cafe in Westminster. They have very good Vietnamese food and some other Asian fusion. The smoothie here use fresh fruit and it tastes so real like homey street food in Asia. The frog porridge was very nice. The steak plate was very good too. A lovely place to hang out and eat!

Pink 10 is such a charming new Vietnamese brunch spot in Westminster! The aesthetics alone are worth the visit — bright, clean, and beautifully decorated with a floral backdrop wall and a cute swing that makes the whole space feel fun and inviting. The service was friendly, and the food came out quickly and fresh. What I tried: • Bánh Xèo Tacos – 10/10 Super crispy, flavorful, and the perfect bite with the fish sauce. One of the standout dishes for me! • Crispy Egg Rolls (Chả Giò) – 9.9/10 Perfectly fried and so good with the nước mắm. Classic done right. • Tom Yum Pasta – 9/10 Loved the bold tom yum flavor. Creamy, tangy, and well-balanced. • 7-Level Spicy Noodles (Royal) – 8.5/10 I ordered Level 2 spicy and loved the variety of seafood—fresh scallops, abalone, and shrimp. Flavorful and not too spicy. • Liquid Gold Steak (“Bò Chai Hoàng Kim”) – 10/10 This is a MUST ORDER. Tender ribeye with a rich cured egg yolk sauce, cheese, pâté, and perfectly toasted bread. My favorite dish of the visit! • Matcha Tiramisu Drink – 8/10 Such a fun, interactive drink experience. The matcha wasn’t super strong, but overall still tasty. The ladyfinger does dissolve quickly, but flavor-wise it was enjoyable. Overall: Pink 10 is a great new addition to the Westminster food scene with a fun atmosphere and delicious dishes. If you love Vietnamese food with a modern twist — especially the Liquid Gold Steak — definitely give this place a try! I’ll be back for sure.

Visited on Tuesday noon, Sept 24. Kumquat tea was tasty (8/10). Spicy noodles were average (6/10). Service was very slow despite the restaurant being almost empty—only three tables in total. We waited longer than a nearby table that came, ate, and left, yet our food still wasn’t served. Staff seemed to focus only on serving multiple dishes to a food blogger. Good food can’t make up for poor service. Discounts or free dishes don’t erase frustration. Focusing only on influencers may bring short-term attention but won’t help long-term growth.
