Kimmie did an amazing job on my nails! She was professional, attentive to detail, and made sure everything looked exactly how I wanted. My French tips came out clean, crisp, and beautifully shaped. I especially appreciated how gentle she was throughout the appointment and how welcoming she made the experience feel. I've received so many compliments on my nails already, and they look elegant and natural. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers quality results, I highly recommend Kimmie. If i could put 0 stars i would. I’m only leaving a 1/5 stars. I am absolutely appalled by my experience here. I asked for a simple polish design, forest green, one white finger with a small green heart on it. Simple. If they couldn’t do that, they should have told me. My group and I had an appointment at 4:30, we didn’t mind a wait, but when it got to 2 hours for me, i got a little annoyed. I’m not mad about that, the girl that did my manicure, Ruby, was great on all parts except actually getting to the painting. Again, not mad about that. The lack of care is what made me mad. The constant messing up and having to redo the nails, laughing with another employee and getting distracted. As in the pictures i attached, you can see what i asked for and what I got. What i wasn’t told is that i should have done Gel, i wasn’t told this until they were practically done, with 4 people standing around me trying to figure out how to do this with polish. They kept asking me for gel, several times in which i refused. They just wouldn’t let it dry so it bled into the white. Message was great, but i will never be back. I paid 32 dollars for this. The manager or the owner, I’m not sure which it was, told me i should have gotten gel and they had technically “fixed” them, so i had to pay for the full manicure. They took off the design charge, which was only 5 dollars. Again, i will never be back. If you can’t do something, you should say it at the beginning, not almost 3 hours into our appointment. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund.

First Review: This team is very kind, efficient, and professional! I enjoyed m my pedicure with Sonny and my manicure with Hanna. The salon was a wonderful atmosphere with great music and very clean. Each person took time to make sure things were done excellently! Second Review (because I definitely came back!): Another great experience. Kind, gentle, professional, flexible, and diligent in their work. This will be my permanent spot, which I needed because I recently moved to Dallas, but I will make the drive for this service! I got my full set from Steven and pedicure from Savannah who both did great!

Cassia did an amazing job, she really made my vision come to life! I’ve never really gotten my nails done in the past with acrylics (only dip) and never had a good experience in the past, she was so sweet and nice and made me feel at ease getting my nails done. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Cassia specifically. Thank you so much!!!

I’ve come multiple times for pedicures and they are amazing. This is my first time getting acrylic and Kimmie did such a wonderful job!! I truly love how kind everyone is and will definitely be asking for Kimmie again! 😍❤️
