Today, Jan 23, 2026. I have appointment with Ivan at 12:30 P.M. and he made me wait for one hour. I feel very bad today cause my sleep because he charge me $100 for hair cut and color and plus tip. I took pictures my hair with IPhone 16 very clear and found out lot gray hairs and he suggested me chose light brown. My previous color brown with burgundy. So I found out most the color are my previous color. He did not color my whole head and look like he only did little touch up gray hair but still lot gray on my head. I want to look good for come to work and Luna New Year. But, Ivan scam my money not responsible color my hair make look quality job. He try to make himself look good in front of customers and workers and blamed on me that, I am blinded and told me ask your friend look hairs for you. He very greedy with money, he let me wait one hour when I arrived and later busy with other customers and didn’t do my hair quality job color or he stingy not want put enough color or his time greedy jumped around took all customers make as much money as he can. I felt my money being SCAM by Ivan. I deleted his phone number from my phone directory and never come back again. This is not a good customer service. I am sure he knew what he doing. I paid him full price to do color whole head and end up he did only little spot and lots gray hair left and only see my old previous color. I think he need his mouth carefully blamed on IPhone 16 is bad camera because he didn’t do bad job. If this show to the judge, he have to return my money back and apologize not scream loud and said that I am crazy and blinded and not know what I am talking about. He should get fire otherwise can get lawsuit when run into other mean people. I never come back to this place. Good Bye!

First time dyeing my hair in YEARS and first time doing anything silver or ombre so definitely out of my wheelhouse. My stylist was Tina and she is awesome. So kind, sweet, and VERY professional and talented. She looked at the example pics I had and talked about them with it, the practical outcome and the logistics of it. She was 100% patient and did not rush with me, even though this can be a long process. She took care of other customers, too, but that was understandable cause of hair coloring is the wait. I love my results and I'm glad to have someone like her do my hair!! In fact, it was a really good vibe all around with the other stylists. They were checking up on me and everyone seemed to really know what they are doing.

This is the result and they charged $130, the color is uneven some are dark some are light, but when i asked for a discount because the hair color was so bad they refused and gave a long explanation, first time coming and also the last time, this salon is a scam. NEVER COME BACK!!! Pls avoid if you have plan to come here!!! You deserve 0 stars not 1 stars

Typical Viet appoint. You call they say ok and don't even bother asking which stylist or your own number. However, my local Viet gal pal recommended me this place and I was lucky I landed with IVAN ~**. He said everyone's out or busy right now so he took me in for a cut and full foil highlight. I am the type that never goes to the salon. I hate redoing things and I like low maintenance. I showed inspo photos. Things I like about Ivan: 1) He actually looked at my photos and gave feedback 2) He had another client who showed up late, and although he did rush my toner sesh a little, he still got me to my conditioning step before working on the other late client. 3) He was clear about his add ons prices before doing anything 4) He didn't cheat me with a full foil price and did the minimal half full foil. He actually did a lot of the hair underneath. So when I put my hair in a pony tail you can still see the foils 5) He was just a really nice, friendly, pleasant stylist. 6) He explained the process to me while he was doing it. I'm totally coming back here. It's not a bougee place, but fits my needs and price point perfectly. Catch them on a weekday if you can. Added before and after photos
