We love partnering with Reliant! As a Home Care Agency, finding partners you can truly count on is everything. Working with them brings so much peace of mind because we know our clients are getting the absolute best care. The staff is always friendly, incredibly helpful, and—most importantly—they hit the ground running the second action is needed. We are so grateful for their partnership.

Not a good company to deal with. This company informed the hospital that they could provide the services my husband needed, which led to him being discharged from the hospital. However, the very next day the hospital contacted us and said they had received a call from Reliant stating they would have to retract their services. The hospital even said they had never experienced a situation like this before. If Reliant knew they could not provide the necessary care, they should not have agreed to it in the first place. Because of their decision to pull out at the last minute, my husband’s health could have been put at risk. The hospital would not have discharged him if they had known this company would withdraw their services. This situation caused unnecessary stress and concern for our family during an already difficult time. Companies involved in patient care should communicate clearly and follow through on the commitments they make.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with Reliant At Home, especially amidst the negative comments I've seen. While I acknowledge that some individuals have encountered issues, I personally have not experienced anything similar. There has been a recent change in leadership, which I believe may have been necessary for growth and improvement. I understand that not everyone has had the best interactions, and I sincerely apologize for those experiences. However, I am genuinely excited about the positive changes happening at Reliant At Home and look forward to seeing how these developments enhance the overall service.

Their professionalism, dedication, and care for patients are truly commendable.
