RiteSmile Dental

Today was my first appointment with Rite Smile Debtal. Dr Abraham and her dental assistant Victoria were so kind and explained everything thoroughly. The front desk staff was also very helpful and made sure I understood everything that was involved in my cleaning dental visit. 10 out 10 recommend!

The entire experience was fabulous from the time I entered the building to the time I left. I felt heard about my concerns and all of my options for care were presented. I wasn’t pressured into making a decision but it was recommended to wait until other health concerns are ruled out.

I would be very cautious of this office. RiteSmile seems to be a larger corporation instead of a directly dentist owned office. When you call, you talk to an answering service and then the office calls you back. That would just be a minor annoyance if that was the only issue. However, the work they do is poor and they say you need more than you actually need. This isn’t of extra cost to you, because the work is covered by insurance. But it is major wear to your teeth. I was told I had 6 cavities. Turns out two of those were true (or I’m assuming were), but I didn’t find that out until after Dr. Ahuja completed two fillings, and at the end told me she ‘did her best, but you have a small mouth so it was hard to reach’. Exactly what you want to hear when having a service completed. One of the fillings was done so poorly that it felt like I had no tooth left. I chose to not go back and get services elsewhere. At the other office, they were thankfully able to repair my filling and notified me I had no cavities, even though I supposedly had at least 4 more to be done. This was two years ago, and I still do not have any more cavities. If you’re looking for a new place, don’t choose here. I do highly recommend Sienna Smiles, absolutely wonderful experience there.

Living in a new area...needed a new dentist. Visiting a new dentist, of course, i had some apprehensions. Greeted by the friendly staff put me at ease. The hygienist was polite and friendly; she saw to all my dental needs with no discomfort to me. Dr. Ahuja's explanation was thorough. I appreciate the professionism and friendless of the entire office.
