"UPDATED REVIEW" I originally had really adored Rose or Rosa. I'm a bit confused as to what specifically her name is due to her introducing herself as Rose to me personally, but I've seen other reviews where people call her Rosa. Anyways, originally, I had really liked her and adored her. I had seen her for 6 months or 1 year. The first couple of times were great. She's very knowledgeable. I then introduced my fiancé to her, and it was great. He loved his haircuts, and I loved mine. However, at the same time, she would insist and would push down my throat that my hair is very thin and fine. Despite having a lot of hair. While trimming my bangs, she would also be too lazy to pull back the longer strands of hair and end up cutting those longer hairs and putting them as a part of my bangs. So now, slowly and surely, she has made my bangs start further and further back. I have asked politely and respectfully for her to stop doing that. My fiancé and I have never, and I mean, never been disrespectful to her. We always engage in small talk with her, smile, nod, laugh, answer any questions she has for personal and for hair, etc. As well as tipping her a pretty big decent amount. So now, all of the SUDDEN she has blocked my number for both her cell phone and her shop phone. I know this because when I call, my call always immediately gets sent to voicemail. When my fiancé calls her, she answers on the second ring. I don't fully understand what happened and as to why. I'm not a complicated person, and I don't ask for anything too badly. Literally, it's super easy, trimming my bangs and trimming the tips of my hair so that it's healthy. I prefer and love having my long hair, as it is part of my heritage and is extremely important to me. Every time we call her for the past 2 months, she is "too busy" and can't squeeze us in and refuses to work with us and offer a different day or time. She just answers and says she's "too busy" and then says "sorry" and hangs up immediately after that. She has a tremendous amount of attitude, disrespectful, and rather than keeping things professional will constantly insist on how much better she knows a person's hair and how it behaves, rather than the person who has it on their body and has dealt with it and lived with it their whole lives. "OLD REVIEW" Rose is absolutely amazing! She's been doing hair for 40+ years and she is so skilled and highly knowledgeable. She's given me some tips and tricks, she always remembers my fiancé and I, as well as how we prefer/like our hair to be cut. She'll ask us "same as before?" I personally think it's the sweetest and cutest thing!

Rose can get my wirey hair as straight as I like it and is good with color touch up. I was however very disappointed when I got highlights that are so subtle I have to pull them out or move the part in my hair if I want any of the thin stands to show. I asked for drama and I guess she didn't understand. But rose is a sweetie.

The service is great here. Rosa and her hairstylists do great work here. They do Brazilian blowout at half the cost anywhere else. The color specialist is by appointment only on Saturdays...she is amazing!

I came in with my hair all matted in the back with me worrying that I might have to cut all my hair off, but she managed to get my matted hair free and she didn't excellent job cutting it and styling it for me. I would definitely recommend people coming to her for haircut. I'm so happy with my result
