Ms. Trang is a good talker, but do not believe what she says. She promised to mail me a refund check after over charging my account, but I never got her check. Every time I called to ask, she wasn't there. They gave me a really nice runaround. I wouldn't dispute the charge from my credit card because I didn't want anything to happen with my airline ticket. The agent is very charismatic however is like a snake. When asked a frank question she said she will take of it but never give a direct answer. Beware of the cheap prices as you can be expected to pay more then double of the tour price during the duration of the trip. Remember that the agent is not the tour operator, only the booking agent, thus claiming no responsibility for your trip experience. When asked about the tour operator company name and reputation expect a round about response. Also forgot about refund as the payment shall be in cash only as if you pay by credit or debit you can request to cancel the transaction or ask for a refund from your card issuer. It’s better to take your business elsewhere as their business model to take your money and sell you to the highest bidder that most likely be unreputable such as “ctour” (an unfortunate company to be acquainted, a quick glance at their parent company, Seagull Holiday, will revel a mismanaged company and their unscrupulous means to travelers.) As such I strongly rebuke this company for misleading customer, almost to the degree of lying, and for not being transparent to their clients. In conclusion, potential customer, I strongly urged to take your business else where such as Viator, a subsidy owned by Tripadivsor (a big company with reputation) or if you are one of means go to Abercrombie & Kent (a boutique tour operator since 1968.) If you are bargain hunter I suggest you to go to Travelocity or Expedia and book a package that includes hotel+flight+car. The advantage of the booking website are 1. cancellation option 2. Flight instead of bus 3. Hotel chose 4. self-passed as you can chose where and for how long to visit attractions. The demographic of the Saigon Express is targeted toward lower middle to working class, newly arrived visitor who are not acquainted with the country or the bargain seekers. I will not review my tour experience as this problem was largely independent of this company but my dissatisfaction lays with the complete lack of transparency, and viewd gullible by the agents who processed no moral or ethnical responsibility to their clients. I furthermore urged you to stay away from this company.

Good and fast service for visa and travels to Vietnam. Sometimes they give you better price then booking on the internet...sometimes more but it's worth the peace of mind. The ladies here were good.

Can’t complain. Needed a VISA for a trip to Vietnam and she came through as promised on time. Bing. Bam. Boom. Done. Pay money - get VISA on time. No muss, no fuss.

I wish i could give them no stars. They were very rude to me and everyone else that was in there. Trust me never do business with them.
