Saigon Quan

Stopped by Saigon Quan and had one of the best pho experiences I've had in a long time. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I ordered pho with extra meat, extra vegetables, extra sprouts, extra basil, and extra lime, and they were very generous with the add-ons. It was refreshing to go somewhere that wasn't stingy when you ask for extra herbs and vegetables. The broth was clean and delicious, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything came out exactly as ordered. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. If you enjoy pho and Vietnamese food, I definitely recommend giving Saigon Quan a try. I'll be back.

Solid pho, broth is on the sweeter side. Portions are large, they don’t skimp on the broth so the texture of the rice noodles aren’t as starchy like smaller bowls in the ratio of noodles to broth. They have tripe which is good. One bowl is $15

Overall: 4.3/5 [dine in] Service was really good. My husband and I shared an appetizer, entrée, and drink and left feeling full, so the portion sizes are decent. Combo Hu Tieu Ap Chao ($19.95): Wow, definitely a must-try! The combo includes 3 proteins and they let us choose our own (beef, pork, and shrimp). The fried rice noodles came out so crispy and delicious. However they used thin noodles instead of thick, flat ones. Banh Bot Chien ($11.95): The fried rice cakes weren't as crispy as we would have liked, but everything else about the dish was still really good. If the rice cakes had that nice crispy texture, we would absolutely recommend it. Fresh Sugarcane Juice ($5.95): It was fresh, but we wished it were a little colder and sweeter.

This hidden gem.. Went here for lunch before work. Humble and cozy Vietnamese restaurant with the sweetest owners. I would pay any price for them to keep staying open. Had the Bun Bo Xao add egg roll The restaurant is completely spotless so I would trust the kitchen. Bathroom was clean Food is fresh and made in house. Everything is made when you order. I love the attention to detail of this restaurants

Came for dinner and thought it was excellent! Started off with the Lemon Pepper Calimari and it was delicious! Not spicy at all but still flavorful and crispy, really good. Tried the Bun Bo Hue, it was ok, everyone makes it different. The broth was more on the sweeter side and the pig meat wasn't cooked long enough. The beef pho was on point. The broth didn't look clear, but it was delicious. They gave a ton of noodles and a good amount of meats. Its not cheap but it wasnt too pricy here. Prolly one of my new pho spots. I would definitely come back here again.
