Kinzi is such a rockstar!! I had the best experience tonight with her and I wanted to make sure she's acknowledged for it since she totally went above and beyond for me! So I called asking, if I made it in by closing time, could I run in real quick to buy a few things? She didnt even hesitate and was so sweet and encouraging..she said " of course! Be safe and dont get in a wreck, I'll be here" :) I was so impressed and grateful that she was so beyond sweet!! Then I got there she helped me find what I needed and was really easy to talk to and relate to. She answered questions and even helped me find a new pretty purple to go with my pink, a blond repair product, a toner and returned a few items that I planned to wait on if I needed to but she was just a doll about everything! She was like talking to a friend with a great personality and really just made my night! She was so knowledgeable too so I feel I was in very good hands and know my hair will turn out even better now. :) She never made me feel like she was ready to leave either or that I was burdening her. She's top notch and has that old school work ethic that many dont have these days. Please do something nice for her, she definitely deserves it! Thanks Kinzi!!

Kinzi at 6505 W Park Blvd Ste 308, Plano, TX 75093 went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, helped, and confident in my purchase. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine kindness truly stood out and made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that level of pride in their work, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Kinzi is seriously the sweetest and most helpful person I have ever met in a Sally’s store! She is so knowledgeable and helped me with so much care and thoughtfulness with two very different hair questions for both me and my curly haired daughters. Her energy, work ethic, and passion are not something you see often. She’s a gem for sure!

I want to start off by saying my daughter was specific on her hair needs when we went in. The associate assured her, although she was bleaching her hair, the color she chose would be a deep red, NOT BRIGHT. I want to add my daughter was coloring her hair for her Senior Prom (HUGE EVENT in a teenager’s life) so we were very specific to the associate. Again, associate insisting she would have the results she was looking for…!!!!!!! Absolutely fictitious! Her hair came out insanely bright, and looked horrendous! To the owner of this location, you might educate your store associates. If you don’t know hair by personal experience/professional licensing you should refrain from any opinionated responses, therefore eliminating personal liability for crushing young souls! Note: I will be reviewing the Sally’s location which has a licensed cosmetologist whom helped rescue and salvage my daughter’s hair and event.
