My wife and I went into this jewelry store to get her engagement ring reset to a bezel and mother’s ring melted into it a few months ago. She wanted to redesign the ring to sit lower and fit more comfortably. It took over a month to get the ring back. Initially we were happy with it but noticed the newly set bezel was uneven. We went back to ask for a repair and about two weeks later we got the ring back and there was additional gold added to the ring itself. We were told since the ring has a natural ruby stone, it wasn’t going to be perfect. We should have been consulted before this but never were. After leaving the store and inspecting it, their jeweler cracked the ruby stone (see photos). Ultimately we are both unhappy and disappointed with the work that went into this. After spending nearly $1k, we should have been consulted more and should have received the ring in the design that we wanted. We will not return.

This is our second visit to Sam's and their professional experience and friendly service was just as good as the first time.
