Sara's Grill

Thank you! I've been talking about and eyeing this place for 2 years I think. We live in Garland but I will happily drive to pick this up in the future! And also shop at the store. It took everything in me not to stop on the way out w dinner and start shopping. The fruit and meat looked so good. And there was a massive bottle of olive oil on the endcap...mmm! We'll be back!

I kid you not, this may have been one of the best meals I have ever had. The restaurant is within the grocery store, but don't let that fool you. Extremely nice employees, even gave us lamb and dessert samples. We bought beef and chicken kabobs, and they were both out of this world tender and seasoned perfectly. There was literally nothing that was not absolutely amazing. The rice was delicious, the onions and tomatoes were charred to perfection, the hummus and olive oil were the best I ever had, and the proteins were to die for. This is NOT a paid review. This place is worth every dollar.

We went to the grill inside the market. It was excellent and the chefs were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and we will definitely come back. The market is very clean and organized. Great Mediterranean store!

Absolutely phenomenal Kefta Wrap! Loaded with flavor & hot off the grill. Plus, the Chef was so kind and engaging. You could tell he enjoyed being around people and satiating people’s appetites. Definitely will be back! Superb in every sense!

This is probably the best Mediterranean food I've had. Everything is fresh! We've had the hummus, pita, steak, chicken, gyros, vegetables & THE best French macaroons! There are 4 stools to sit on as you wait or you can also eat there, but it feels very crowded. They often put togo orders, napkins & other things in the counter where your food would be. It's fun to watch them prepare food and chat with patrons. S Grill is a little hidden. It's actually in Sara's Market & Bakery. When you enter the grocery store, S Grill is in the back corner, past the butcher. Once you order & receive the food, you pay at the grocery store's register. They do not sell any coffee or drinks so bring your own or Sara's grocery store does have a few options. The gentleman that takes your order is extremely forgetful & extremely rude. They also change prices often, so looking at an older menu on Gmaps might be off a dollar or two. So check your order. For salads and plates he will forget utensils & with the hummus he forgets to give the pita bread every single time. So check your order before you leave. If you have to ask for items, he gets a little annoyed, so be careful. You didn't want to answer someone handling your food. He also uses different names for the menu items, so it can get confusing ordering, especially over the phone looking at an outdated menu where only the pieces has changed. They'd benefit from making the names of items different somehow or a numbering system. The menu on the counter has incorrect pricing or I was overcharged, one of the two. I come back here for the food, definitely not the service, nor atmosphere since there's really no where to eat here, not even outside.
