I visited the salon for the first time a week ago. The young lady who did my nails was very nice. but my nails broke within a week. I contacted the salon, the owner scheduled an appointment with one of her best nail techs, stayed until my appointment was finished to make sure I was happy, and was very appreciative for a chance to make it right. This is what it is going to take for us to make the shift economically... great personal customer service from the businesses and patience and communication from the customers. They've gained a customer, actually two because my mother and I get our nails done together! Thank you Alanah and Kittie! Oh and my nails look great again!😁

I highly recommend Sister Sistah. The owner and staff are courteous, engaging, gentle, and professional. The prices for the different services are reasonable or even better in comparison to other shops offering similar services. I am completely satisfied with the services. Outstanding job!
