Dr. Justin along with his entire crew and Miss Christine were absolutely wonderful! They made our 6-year-old son feel comfortable and well cared for during his tooth extraction and crown procedure. Their patience, kindness, and professionalism helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one. They explained everything clearly and treated him with such compassion. We also appreciated the front desk representative, who checked us in so smoothly and helped make the entire visit easy from the start. They clearly care for each patient and impressed us with their exceptional customer service. We truly appreciate the exceptional care and highly recommend them to any family!

Had an amazing experience at Smile Lounge! Taylor was such a personable and outgoing hygienist. She explained everything she was doing, answered all my questions, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated how much effort she put into getting to know me. Dr. Song was also very welcoming and brought great energy to the appointment. He communicated clearly about what needed to be done while also making sure I was happy and confident with my smile. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional experience with this dentist and his entire team! From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, patient, and made us feel completely comfortable. The office is beautiful… very clean, modern, and relaxing. Most importantly, the dentist and staff have wonderful bedside manner and took the time to give my son a very thorough exam while explaining everything and making sure he felt at ease. We’ve had some not-so-great dental experiences elsewhere in the past, so I wasn’t sure what to expect trying a new office. My son was so impressed and, for the first time, wasn’t nervous or afraid about having dental work done. That says a lot about the dentist and his team! I would especially recommend this office to anyone who has dental anxiety or is nervous about going to the dentist. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I’ve had a few appointments with Dr. Cho and Taylor now, and honestly, this has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve dealt with cavities and wisdom tooth issues for years, and they fixed everything in just a few hours. I couldn’t believe how smooth it all went. The office is really comfortable, the staff is genuinely friendly (not fake-friendly), and the pricing was exactly what I expected. They worked with my insurance without any hassle, which was a huge relief. If you’re like me and someone who doesn’t exactly love going to the dentist, this is the place to go. They actually made it a good experience.
