I took my daughters car in for a radiator issue a couple months ago and asked them to give the car a good look over because she was going off to college. They called me and said they could not find the issue. Luckily, I had pics and sent them in. They replaced the radiator hose and told me I needed new brakes and shocks. That was it. Nothing about what was causing the hose to blow. Now the car is on the verge of overheating and the ac doesn't blow cold in stop and go traffic. Turns out the cooling fans don't blow so the car is constantly in high pressure in the city which is what caused the hose to blow in the first place. Anyway, they did not give the car a good look because they would have seen this. It's pretty obvious now that i know. I see they have great reviews and maybe I just got them at a bad time but I am extremely frustrated that my daughter has been driving around in the heat because they did not take a good look at the car and because I am dealing with the same issue as before. I basically paid a bunch of money for a new set of brakes and now I have to pay a bunch of money to fix the original problem. I hope you all have better luck with them.
