The check-in process was incredibly quick the paperwork only took about five minutes, and while I waited, I was immediately pampered with a warm, weighted neck pillow and offered water. Within minutes, my masseuse, Dianne, came out to greet me and take me back. I treated myself to their Signature Organic Massage for my birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The entire treatment was pure bliss. The organic massage oil they use is thick, luxurious, and highly moisturizing; I could instantly feel it deeply penetrating and hydrating my skin. What I loved most was how truly thorough and full-body the massage was. Dianne managed the perfect balance it was incredibly relaxing yet deep enough to hit all the right spots. She seamlessly incorporated hot stones and heat wraps to loosen up all of my muscles and joints after massaging them, only to work through them again for maximum relief. Between the warm herbal packs, the pampering foot massage, and the hydrating hand and foot treatments, I left feeling completely restored. While I was getting the massage it felt great but when I got up my whole body felt so relaxed and light. Best massage I have ever had. Dianne is fantastic, and the service here is top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday treat! I will absolutely be back.
I got the Terra firma deep tissue 80 minute massage with Cindy. It was absolutely wonderful! The staff is very happy and friendly. It’s a welcoming environment. Cindy has magic fingers. I left feeling so nice and relaxed. Would highly recommend!
I have been a client of Spa Habitat for the last few years. I recently started going consistently for the last 8 months getting massages from Michael and the occasional facial from other staff members. I love the charm of the Flagship location in Plano along with the natural products they use. Once you step foot into the spa, there is a sense of calm and peace. You are greeted by the friendly front desk staff and offered a beverage and warm neck wrap. The perfect way to start your spa experience. Michael is an amazing massage therapist with many years of experience. I prefer a deep tissue/sports therapy massage and he always provides the best service. He is professional and knowledgeable in his practice. They also offer an amazing rebooking service. If you book within 6 weeks, you receive 15% off that service. If you’re looking for a spa that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend Spa Habitat Flagship in Plano.
I have received a facial and massage from Afsoon several times. She does an amazing job. Last time I had a massage I had sciatic nerve pain in my leg and hip. I got the CBD treatment and completely walked out of there completely fine. Still has not come back. The facial called the flower power is what I usually get and I love it. Afsoon knows what she is doing. Such a relaxing experience. The home is cozy and beautiful.
It's been awhile since I've been, but decided to go today, and I felt like once I stepped through the front door, I was on vacation. The atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. The tea was so good, and my massage therapist, Renee, was great! I felt like a whole new woman afterwards! I will be going back to her soon. My next appointment has been booked. Thank you to all the Spa Habitat staff for making me feel at home.
