Had an incredible experience with Amy today. She is an amazing therapist! She managed to turn my brain “off” which hadn’t happened in years. And thank you to Angel and Holly at the front desk for being so sweet and attentive.

Spa Haven in Frisco delivered an incredible experience. The massage was amazing thorough, relaxing, and left me feeling a million times better. Every bit of tension I walked in with was gone by the time I left. The sauna was the perfect addition to the visit, making the whole experience even more rejuvenating. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff made everything smooth from start to finish. This is the kind of place you want to return to regularly. Highly recommend if you want true relaxation and quality care. Rating: 5 out of 5.

I purchased the "2-hour spa day" on Groupon, but when I called to book, I was informed that it actually only includes a 50-minute massage. The business counts the remaining hour and 10 minutes as "time to change clothes and sit in the sauna." As anyone who uses a sauna knows, standard health guidelines recommend staying inside for no more than 15–20 minutes, making their "2-hour" claim highly misleading. When I spoke to the manager about this discrepancy, they were unhelpful and simply told me I could pay an additional $75 to get another 50-minute service. Very disappointed in the deceptive marketing and lack of customer In regard to your comment below, Major health organizations agree that safe sauna use is capped at 15 to 20 minutes to prevent dehydration and heat exhaustion. Expecting clients to sit in a hot room for an hour—just to pad out the timeline of a 2 hr package—is not only poor value, but a genuine safety concern. I would be hesitant to trust a spa that promotes staying in a sauna that long!! I wish I would’ve read all your reviews before booking! Several others over the past 6 months have stated that your Groupon is very misleading but still as the owner you’ve not addressed it! Update: Thanks for clarifying it’s an infrared sauna. I did my own research and recommendations is 10-15 mins for beginners. Only advanced users recommendation is 30-40 mins.

I definitely forgot how important massage therapy is. I have been having severe pain on left side of my upper body and was given a gift card by my son. The relaxing vibe walking in and front office staff answered all my questions. Holly at the front gave me more insight to details of the services they offered. I scheduled the massage with TMJ. When Austin came to get me, we went through my medical situation and current treatment, Austin explained everything to me in so much detail and what he could do to help with those areas. Yes we hit some painful spots, but I was also reminded why I needed massages! I am amazed and kinda in shock of how this session made me feel so much better. Austin knew which areas to target, and focused on spots I don’t think to mention were issues, but connected to what my body was needing. I definitely scheduled my next session and can’t wait! I definitely recommend Spa Haven

I came in for a Birthday massage and body treatment. It was an Excellent body treatment. She was so nice and allowed me to sleep.
