Today was my first time I went there ! I really like their jobs! The salon was quite and they were not talking aloud to each others! Classic music played! Miss Tim, Miss sue did a wonderful job! I definitely go there for ever. They have really nice personalities! Owner Miss Hue was good too. Thank you guys so much .

I splurged on myself today and decided to add a mani-pedi while I was in for waxing. I upgraded one level from the basic for both, and I truly felt like royalty. The massage chair was one of the best I’ve ever sat in — Sue restarted it three times for me. Both the manicure and pedicure were done at the same time, which was such a treat. By the time I left, all my stress was gone. Each service included waxing, paraffin treatment, a lovely massage, and a finishing application of the scent I chose (cucumber). Even hours later, my body still feels relaxed. They clearly do things right — regulars coming in, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments throughout the day. This was my first visit, but every time I’m in town, I’ll be back for the royal treatment at a reasonable price.

I came into this location based on the high reviews. I got dip nails, with sticker design and a pedicure. My total was $86 before tips. Scheduling: I called and scheduled an appointment for 6pm to get a manicure, pedicure and dip nails. Check in: I checked in, selecting manicure, pedicure and dip nails as the services requested. Check in was smooth, I liked their rewards program option. I was seated almost immediately. Cleanliness: I noticed many toe / finger nail clipping on the floor. I did come in towards the end of business so I imagine that could be why but I’d have appreciated a sweeping prior to seating me, or seating me in a clean area. I had to do this weird try not to touch floor with my socks / feet dance. Pedicure: The pedicure was sub-par. They did not handle my ingrown toe nail (pretty standard to be done during pedicure). They did not scrap under my toe nails, again very standard to do this. The massage was great especially the hot stones. My pedicure technician dropped the stone onto the dirty floor then used again on me, I’m sure if I was the type of person to say something she would have sanitized it but I was incredibly shocked, never seen anyone do that plus like I already mentioned the floor was pretty gross. I did not get polish on my toes. Manicure: Unfortunately a manicure didn’t happen although I did ask for it when I scheduled and input it onto the check in computer. One thing that is concerning is that I have no idea what all was included in the $86 I paid, unsure if I paid for a manicure I didn’t get or not but I did sort of try to add what I expected and I don’t think I was charged. It would have been nice to see itemized charges. Dip nails: The dip nails were subpar too. I did give the technician freedom of choice- I said do fall colors maybe with some leaves. She nailed the design. If the quality was better I’d have loved these nails. I specifically mentioned that the last time I got my nails done they snagged at the top in my hair and I wanted this to not happen. Unfortunately it’s snag-city with the nails and was like that upon being finished. See pictures, there are obvious signs of a not even finish on many nails, the stickers of leaves were I guess peeling up at the time off top coat so they’re like rough to touch. I even have one straight up dip nail with no art that is uneven. I do appreciate that they added gel polish over the stickers, making sure they stay put. I had a hard time writing this. The technicians were so friendly, and it was a nice experience from a customer service point of view. The dip nail technician even stayed 30 mins after hours to make sure my nails were finished. However the quality just isn’t there. I can spend the same amount elsewhere, get the customer service and quality I expect. I would have put this review at 2 stars but I did call and they confirmed if I came back in they would fix my problems free of charge- however, I’m the kind of person that won’t give a company a 2nd chance.

They are the kindest and do the absolute best pedicures! I drive from Denton to get my nails done right. You will not be disappointed.

I am so happy to have found Super Nails. Everyone was friendly, helpful and I left knowing I had found my new salon. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this salon.
