As good as their shaved ice is, their food is even better. We got a Nicaraguan-style tamale ( a giant tamale cooked in banana leaves and some shrimp tostadas that left our lips tinglimg for an hour. Dont let appearances fool you, this is some of the best food in Frisco.
Pretty shocked at the prices, but figured it would be better than other places, and prices are going up everywhere, so hoping it would be worth it. It was all pretty good, and a nice treat. I keep wondering-is America great yet? Are groceries cheaper yet? Hahahahaa. We wouldn’t even have delicious elote, mangonadas, etc, without places like this, and the lovely people who have shared these treats! Small Mangonada-$7+ with tax. I’d ask for more mango, next time, and more tajin , it was just a little chamoy heavy for my preferences. Tigers blood small snow-cone-decent, I mean, normal, hard to mess up ice and flavored syrup, right? It’s kinda wild to be over $7 for a single flavor snow-cone, but ok, thanks 2026 sponsored by the Trump circus. Hot fudge Sunday-$9 A scoop of ice cream on a warm brownie, whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. It was actually delicious. They were out of vanilla so, they substituted cookies and cream.
Delicious tasty brings back child hood memories excellent service I had often noticed the TC Shaved Ice sign and finally decided to give it a try – I’m so glad I did! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. They make fresh shaved ice right on the spot, and I chose peach and pineapple flavors, which were vibrant and delicious. It’s refreshing to see such attention to quality and detail, and you can even capture photos or videos of them crafting the ice. Located conveniently near Main and Preston in Frisco, this spot is a must-try for anyone craving a flavorful treat!" Plenty of parking.
Horrible customer service. I ordered through DoorDash and went to pick up my order. While the order not being ready was frustrating, that wasn’t even the worst part. The attitude from the employee helping customers was extremely rude. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no communication. When I told her I was there to pick up a DoorDash order, she barely looked at me and acted as if I was inconveniencing her just by asking about my order. A simple “It’ll be ready in a minute” would have been enough. Instead, I was treated like I didn’t matter. As someone who pays for your food and service, I expect basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that expectation.
I've been coming here since 2015, and the quality/quantity per size and taste is 10/10. Would recommend to anyone, love coming here with my friends for a good summer treat. The pic is a pineapple shaved ice with spicy candy, thing in the back is Doritos #3
