i came here after seeing the good reviews and i’m more then happy omg!!!! the owner Blu stayed past 9:00 (they close at 7:00) to finish my hair! he was so helpful and my hair came out so beautifully and exactly what i wanted. the environment was very clean and welcoming. 11/10 recommend!!!!! and it was 240 for my highlights, in my opinion affordable and so so so worth it, come here!!!!!

I recently spent $390 on a color service with this salon. It was not a walk in, I had initially went for a consultation, where the stylist who was consulting me on my hair prior to my Sunday appointment, said it would be $390 for the 2 bleach, cut and color. ( for the hair cut it was only trimming the ends) Again, this person was the stylist checking my hair, for a proper consultation. I went back after 2 days and for treatment, and the results were very unsatisfactory. The stylist picked a picture for me, of what he was going to to do and what the end results would be. I completely trusted this stylist, and expected to see something close to what he had shown. The pictures that he had show, were ashy blonde, with a mild purple tint, but the end results were not ashy blonde or was there the light purple tint on my hair, it was more of a light orange, and the treatment had left my hair severely dry. Iwas highly disappointed, but I still paid the full amount. I am a pretty easy person so I called the salon, and spoke to the owner, and explained to him what happened. He gave me the option, so I decided to go back for a correction, but I am still not happy with the result. I called the owner once again, and went back a second time raising a concern on what they had done, had not resolved my problems with their service. My scalp became itchy and flaky after the second visit. They were wanting me to be responsible for the hair color and treatment that they picked! ( I had went to this salon three times and was not happy) The last time I went back they said they were going to give me a Japanese hair treatment for free, I have had this treatment in the past, so I new what it was, however, what they gave me was not a “Japanese” hair treatment, what they had done was simply a restoration treatment. A true Japanese hair treatment will leave your hair straight, sleek, and shiny, what they had done was the opposite. I am very disappointed and i dont understand why it is so difficult to understand that their bleaching of my hair again and again, made it dry and damaged. Now I have to hunt, to find a good hair stylist, spend more money on my hair, to simply take care of the damage, forget about styling now! The stylist was nice, but if he knew that he could not deliver on what he had initially said, due to the texture of my hair or his lack of skills, he should have said so. Please don’t do mediocre work, and expect customers to settle for it. I am highly disappointed. I wish i could get more help and response. P.S. When I went for my correction, I had spoke to the manager, and he didn’t even show up on time. I wasted my (6+ ) hours in a raw and result is not even close to what I expected. The managers response was, that he himself would will fix it, but then he handed me over to the same stylist that had fried my hair!. They really dont know when someone leaves the salon unhappy, all they say ok its free, but that is not the point, not only did I not get what they said, but now I have to pay someone else to fix it. I definitely wish I would have known this before I wasted my time at this salon.

Services were so great. Drove hours to make sure my son had a smile on his face and we were helped with a discount for our first time which helped so much due to expenses from the drive. The prices were affordable and we were treated well. I will definitely be back. My son has a head full of curls and they tackled the job. Thankss

I had a very bad experience at this salon. Communication was very difficult because they did not speak English well, and they gave me the wrong haircut even after I showed what I wanted. On top of that, the staff were rude and talked badly about customers in Chinese because they thought I could not understand them. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this salon. bonus: I forgot to ask for his name.

First time and loved the experience!! They were very nice and provided water and a charger when I needed it- also kept double checking that I was doing good. I gave an inspo pic and they nailed the balayage I wanted. Will be coming again :)
