I wanted so bad to like my lashes but they are not what I asked for at all. The first picture is what I showed both the receptionist and the lash tech. The don’t look close to the same at all. I am disappointed. Edit: Review Update: I wanted to update my original review because I believe it’s only fair to recognize businesses not just for the service they provide, but for how they respond when things don’t go as planned. While my initial experience left me disappointed, Loren reached out to me almost immediately. She was incredibly communicative, understanding, compassionate, and genuinely committed to finding a resolution that made me feel heard. At no point did I feel dismissed or like my concerns weren’t valid. To me, anyone can provide great customer service when everything goes right. The true measure of a business is how it handles the moments when a customer walks away unhappy. That’s where integrity, professionalism, and character are really put to the test. Loren exemplified exactly what it means to be a great business owner. She took accountability, listened without being defensive, and worked with me toward a resolution with kindness and empathy. That level of customer care deserves to be recognized, and I’m grateful for the way she handled the situation.

Nekiya is hands down the best lash artist I’ve ever been to! When she was moved to another location, I saw two other lash artists at the same salon, but I quickly realized how much I missed Nekiya’s work. Her retention is amazing, and my lashes always last so well between fills. Every appointment leaves me with the most beautiful wispy lashes that look exactly how I want them. She’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and consistent in her work. I’m so happy to be back in her chair and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for gorgeous, high-quality lashes!

I found Maria on Instagram over two years ago and I'm so glad I did! She has been doing my lashes ever since and they always look amazing. Maria takes the time to listen to exactly what I want, offers great suggestions when I want to switch things up and somehow gets them perfect every time. She's professional, patient and talented. I had an amazing experience at the Lash lounge. Immediately I felt welcomed and was taking well care of by a young lady named Quenesha. She was very knowledgeable and suggested the perfect lash set that compliments me. She was fast yet gentle with my service giving me the luxury experience I’ve always wanted at a lash salon. Ive referred several friends of mine so its safe to say this may very well be my forever lash home.
