I had such a great experience and felt compelled to share. Tierny provided clear, precise details about my account and took the time to walk me through everything in a way that truly made sense. Not exactly happy with the cancellation policy for my most recent policy. I understand you guys attempt to reach out for confirmation. I plan out my visit weeks in advance based on my schedule. Moved things around and the cancellation of my appointment happens 9 minutes before the scheduled time? At that point I’m already at your offices. If you’re gonna cancel an appointment don’t have people drive up and move things around to only cancel at the time of their appointment. I’ve always enjoyed my visits here but that policy doesn’t make sense at all.
I had my first visit today - The dentist was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. She took my tooth sensitivity seriously and gave some recommendations to help. My hygienist was very gentle and front office staff was responsive and nice.
I had a fantastic experience at Thrive Dentistry – Frisco. The entire team was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Dr. Khan was confident, skilled, and incredibly reassuring. He even completed a filling for my 5-year-old the same day, which made the visit so easy for us. After visiting three different dental offices, Thrive was the clear winner. The Frisco location is beautiful, spotless, and very kid-friendly. My child loved the screens everywhere, and their digital paperwork made everything quick and convenient. The stylish décor also creates such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that combines great pricing, amazing staff, and truly high-quality care, but Thrive Dentistry delivers all of it.
