I went to Dr. Do in my 20's when I injured my back. He insulted me by saying it was my fault because I ate too much take out. Gave me codeine pills and sent me on my way. He didn't even think of sending me to a specialist. Insisted it was just my weight that was making my back hurt. (FYI) I wasn't even heavy then. After I made a big deal about it he finally agreed to send me just to find out I had a herniated disk and needed surgery. When I went back to him for my follow up and I told him he didn't say jack! Actually took credit and said, " Good thing I sent you". NEVER WENT BACK TO THAT CLINIC EVER AGAIN!! Neither should anyone else. I believe his son took over. I wouldn't even select a single star if it was possible.

Worst doctor I've ever had! Never had a doctor that cared more about his money then about his patients! Had an issue with my insurance that took a couple months to clear up. Denied all my prescription refills while I was trying to get it fixed. 3 months later everything's fixed trying to make an appointment trying to get some refills still says no I have to wait to be seen for 2 weeks before he'll give me any refills. This is the worst kind of doctor, doesn't care about his patients only his bottom line

Dirty and filthy restrooms, as you will see in pics. Sign out on front wall says, "because we care". Doesn't look like it from the way The bathrooms were. No privacy given in exam room. Door remained open the whole time I was in there. Dark gloomy patient lobby. I went here on a suggestion grim my insurance company asking me to because they are/ will be providing more doctors. I already have a primary doctor and will not be making the switch.

My husband just started seeing this doctor as he was referred by insurance. He was satisfied with the doctor but the staff are lacking any professionalism. He needed a referral for his cardiologist and a week has gone by and the staff still have not sent it in. The doctor told her to get it sent out the day we where there because of the importance and still waiting. I called and asked about it a week later and she got snippy and told me she didn't have anyone to help her. I feel if you choose this profession, you have people's health in your hands.

Very difficult to get in contact with the office personnel. Most days the answering service handles the actual office hours. Or you just get a busy signal. Trying to get a much needed refill for diabetic medication for my wife has failed. I’ve called several times. I was told one time to call back after 1:00pm to ask for a refill. Calling back failed as they do not answer the phone reliably. They finally did call her less than 24 hours before her follow up appointment only to tell her they cancelled it. When she said ok but I need my medicine refilled they hung up on her. Later I called her pharmacy to try and get an emergency supply for her. The pharmacy informed me that a temporary 15 day supply had been called in. Dr Do’s office staff didn’t bother to let her know. I only found out by chance. October 30, 2023
