Where do I even start? Short and sweet answer is: if you are looking for someone who genuinely care, honest, truly represents you and your best interest, go with Mr. Truc Doan I have worked with other RE agents in the past. Most of them will push you to buy or sell quickly to make that quick commission. Not with Truc, he represented us and acted in our best interest, always patience and professional. I was referred to Truc by another associate. After I reached out, Truc and I had a quick phone call to figure out what I was looking for. Through the entire process, Truc was always incredibly patience and professional. We spent so much time going from houses to houses in different cities, some up to 30 minutes away, some was just short drive. Each house we visited, Truc would discuss with us on the pros and cons of each house, strategy on placing a bid at what price point, the area, school, cost of repairs and renovation or if it's even a good fit for us. When we finally found the house we wanted, we ran into issues dealing with the loan company and had to switch to a different bank. Truc was there to back us up in dealing with seller and seller agent, making sure we were well taken care off and protecting our earnest money deposited. Truc went out of his ways to ensure both us and the seller were informed and also protected our interest at the same time. I have never met a more dedicated agent who's not only knowledgeable but also zealously advocated and represented his clients. I'd give him a 6/5 stars for going above and beyond all measures if Google allowed me to. Thank you again for everything. You made our dream a reality.
