Heads up for those who would like to come here be prepared to find parking, The parking lot is always full unfortunately. The store is neat and clean everyone is friendly here. I have had their kumquat drink which is so delicious and their guayabana drink as well. So delicious. I came in for their buckets. Took my friend from San Fran and she and I were so excited for 15 dollars a big container and you get to choose your jelly's for your drink. Totally worth it. Different flavors. I really enjoyed it so much. Some of the jelly toppings were too cute to eat. They have variety of Vietnamese snacks, and fruits available as well. If your planning on having a cute date to sit and enjoy your drink you might wanna reconsider. This spot is a one stop shop. You come in and go. They even have a side kiosk if you don't wanna wait in line. The only thing downfall on the kiosk is that you can't order a bucket. So if your in the area do check them out:)

I ordered the Pineapple Tamarind and Coco Delight . The Pineapple Tamarind was a bit too sweet for my taste, so I ended up pouring it into two other cups to save some for later. However, I really enjoyed the tamarind seeds — they tasted great. The peanuts added a nice nutty flavor, but if you’re allergic to nuts, this might not be the best choice for you. The Coco Delight wasn’t too sweet, which I appreciated, but overall, it didn’t have anything particularly standout. The place also offers some nostalgic snacks that might remind you of your childhood if you grew up in Vietnam. They also have a variety of toppings for milk tea. I’ll definitely come back for a milk tea. Since it wasn’t busy, I didn’t have to wait long — I got my drinks just five minutes after ordering. The place is clean, though small, and there’s plenty of parking in front.

Lots of choices. Fun jelly designs. The kids loved all of them. We got the big tub for $10.++ and it came with corn milk and 10 toppings :) We also tried the Wintermelon drink with longan and different jellies. Definitely will be going back!

It was a bit stressful. We bought the bucket and you’re allowed eight (8) toppings. Which… seems fantastic but, you can choose only one so if you want super extra boba, that’s a negative. If you only want three scoops of boba, that’s too is a negative. It’s all cute though. It’s also hot inside.

Our first time here. It’s such a cute set up inside. They also offer some fresh cut up fruits and desserts in the cooler. You can choose up to 8 toppings in your milk tea. This is the first boba shop I’ve been to that serves the drink in a bucket!! Upgraded to the actual bucket for $8 more.
