Victory Nail Lounge

I’ve been to this location a few times. I only try to go when I have a coupon as it’s been pricey in the past. Satisfied with my nails overall, however they did not use hot towels, like most places due at the end of the service for dip/powder. I feel like that should be a staple with any nail salon. I had a very simple color choice with no design and it took an hour and a half. I wouldn’t have minded so much but the same five songs played on a rotation the whole time I was there which got a little old.

Im never one to leave a review but I could not just sit here and not say anything. I ignored the reviews and gave it a shot. YET, Not a happy experience at all. Asked for this design… quoted $145. They messed up on the design. I even told them while she was doing it that I did not like it. She proceeded to continue. I asked her to remove it as I have already been here for 2 hours and did not want to spend another few hours here for it to be done correctly. Everyone then proceeded to come around and try to convince me that it was pretty even though it looked nothing like the design AT ALL, it should matter what I like not others as I am the one paying for it. she removed the design and still charged me $93 for this. Yet left my fingers rough with no cuticle oil or anything. I will not be coming back as this was an overall unpleasant experience. Nothing to even compensate the unsatisfactory left by a client. Now I will go to another salon to correct the mistakes.

Im not a big fan of actylic nails, but wanted to give it a try. Krystal did an amazing job. The shape, length and color looks beautiful. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely come back again. The salon is clean, they serve u refreshment drinks (on request). Pricing is very reasonable and friendly employees.

DO NOT go here unless you want to be lied to! Jessica did my pedicure. It said it came with a 20min massage but after she set the timer she cleaned up all her supplies, went to the back, and gave less than half the time on my “massage”. …
