I must say very impressed with the service I received. Macie Was my nail tech I came in with a nail design I wanted, and she executed perfectly, she listened and was very polite and detailed. Me and , my fiancé came in. I got a pedicure and I am so happy with my nails. It’s been two weeks now and now still look great service was phenomenal. I am so glad to find a nail shop that not only provides great customer service, but also the quality of service matters. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. This is two weeks of the quality of my nails, and they still look good.

I had a great first time experience here. The nail techs that took care of me for my pedi and nails did so good I was satisfied with my nails . I came to this location because my usual nail salon was closed due to memorial day and I was in need of a fill and a pedicure and they close late which is a plus too for my busy schedule. Helen that did my nails did such a wonderful job I love the way my nails came out compared to my usual salon I been going to . She even changed the shape to make it look better the way I actually like my nails . I definitely recommend giving this nail salon a try . Everyone was nice and accommodating. ❤️✨money well spent for me . 😊

I came in on April 4th expecting to get a full set of acrylics, but was persuaded by the nail technician to try Gel X instead. I trusted her recommendation when she told me it was stronger and more durable than acrylic. Looking back, it felt more like a push for a quicker service than what was actually best for me. I ended up with a French tip with gold chrome, and within less than 24 hours, the quality completely fell apart. Simply opening a door caused my thumbnail to break at the corner. If you look at the photos from April 4th to April 5th, you can clearly see how quickly the damage happened. On top of that, the chrome had already started rubbing off and exposing the color underneath—something I specifically asked about beforehand because I’ve experienced it before. I was reassured it wouldn’t happen, yet it did almost immediately. I paid $135 for a set that didn’t even last a full day. I was trying to do something nice for myself ahead of my birthday, and instead I was left disappointed and out of money. To make matters worse, I am not from the Dallas area—I was only visiting a friend—so returning within their two-week revision window was not realistic for me. That policy feels especially unfair when the service fails this quickly. The overall experience was also disorganized. I came in with two other women, and although we had planned to be serviced together, our appointments were staggered. I finished first and then had to wait over two and a half hours for the others. We arrived at 7 PM and didn’t leave until closing, despite only getting basic hand services. What’s most frustrating is that these concerns were brought to the attention of the owners, and there was little to no effort made to resolve the situation. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I’ve been a loyal client here every two weeks for the past 8 months, spending around $170 each visit. I kept coming back because I believed the high prices reflected quality. After this experience, it’s clear they don’t. I paid $75 (with tip) for a gel pedicure, and within an hour it was already messed up. When I came back the next day to have it fixed, the removal process was so rough that I felt my toenail crack, this is now the second time this has happened here. That alone should be unacceptable. What really sealed it for me was being told I had to pay an additional $10 to fix their mistake. The manager’s explanation? “The tech has to be paid and we aren’t going to pay her.” That’s not the customer’s problem, that’s a management problem. Standing behind your service shouldn’t be optional, especially when the issue happened less than 24 hours later. Charging a loyal customer to fix damage caused by your own team is wild. Even worse, the manager rolled her eyes multiple times during the conversation, which was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. It’s honestly shocking that a business would risk losing a consistent, high-spend client over $10 instead of taking accountability. I liked my nail tech, but the way this was handled speaks volumes about the business as a whole. If you’re going to charge premium prices, you should deliver premium service by standing behind your team and service, and that includes owning your mistakes.

All I can say is MACIE is THAT girl! She does the best nail shapes for my stiletto nails and kills every design I ask for!! This place is clean, great music, TV’s, and cocktails! Everyone is so friendly and I’ve been going here every other week for over a year.
