Vina Nails

I got a manicure and pedicure.. the pedicure is fine, sweet older lady services my feet. But I notice when I tried looking at the menu for prices and option the new “owner” was nearly pulling the menu away. Which gave me a bad vibe immediately. But the worst part was my manicure. They were awful. I wanted them short and square.. but apparently I have to tell them not flat because the techs excuse was “you didn’t tell me” which I guess they have to be told to them right not wrong because no one with good skills would ever make nails flat like this!! I asked the owner to please fix them herself bc at that point I didn’t trust the tech. The owner instead of fixing them herself, just started working on the other hand.. so I had them both working on them differently and still not better. I was so upset that I even asked how much they charged to take them off at that point. Which they still had the nerve to charge me full price for them.. I was so mad that I didn’t even want to go back to get them removed. I had already been there 3 hours.. after she told me it would take 10 mins to fix. I will never return to this place again. The next day I went to a friends house and they usually comment on my nails and this time they asked did I go to a different nail place which I did and they said girl cause they look like press on nails! I’m getting them removed later today.. ur here are some photos for you to view.

I had got my nails done a couple of days ago and the more I look at the nails the more I dislike them. The lady kept messing up on a simple French tip and the length of each nail didn't match. It's completely overpriced for the service I got done and they didn't even do it correctly.

I went with my mother to get pedicures and our nails done. When we walked in, they quoted us a price that bore no resemblance to the rates listed in their brochures; then, when it came time to pay, they charged us yet another price. We felt completely ripped off. I will not be returning to this place, and my pedicure wasn't even done well. I would not recommend this establishment.

They weren't busy so I go in to remove my nails only. I quickly get seated and a worker brings me the warm acetone bath. I soak my hands and she decided to give someone a pedicure the entire time I'm there. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't like soaking my hands in acetone for over 10 minutes. I was there for 30 minutes, not being waited on. They talk a bit and the last checks on my hands and I guess said they were good. I go wash my hands. And they end up charging me $10 for an acetone bath. Didn't cut my nails, polish them as in making sure the dip was off completely. Nothing. What a waste. I will not be returning here

I been going to Vina Nails for 2 years now and I always trust Vina with my nails. She always does a good job and my nails last long. I really love the pedicure they always massage my feet so good and it feels relaxing. They even give me drinks while I wait or during the service Vina and her workers are super nice and fun to talk to. I always leave happy and feeling good after my appointment.
