Been coming here for minor things since they opened. The original injector I was lured in by left shortly after my first 2 appointments. Shevangi has done tox treatments for me and provided glp-1 and b12 shots. The biggest thing I'm hooked on is my $99 membership. I let it charge up in the background and forget about it. Its my secret little skincare bank. I'm totally obsessed with SkinBetter products and how wonderful they make my skin feel. I let my bank build and splurge every few months. I never run out of skincare. I get the occasional facial from Sammy. Its also so convenient to get an appointment here. They really do what they can to work with your schedule.

I would rate my experience somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaints about how I was treated personally. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the process. My first issue is that the pain level of the RF microneedling procedure was significantly downplayed. During my consultation, I was told that medical-grade numbing cream would be used, which made me feel much more comfortable about moving forward. However, during the actual treatment on my abdomen, I experienced a great deal of pain. This was not just mild discomfort—it was genuinely painful. I generally have a high pain tolerance, but by the second or third pass, I was seriously considering asking the provider to stop. I ultimately pushed through and completed the procedure, but the pain was far beyond what I was led to expect. My second and much larger concern is the hyperpigmentation that developed afterward. Four weeks later, I still have a clearly visible square patch of hyperpigmentation covering the treated area of my abdomen. I followed all aftercare instructions carefully: I avoided sun exposure, exercise, friction, and heat as recommended. Despite that, the discoloration remains. I am only now starting to see slight signs of improvement, but I have no idea how long it will take to fully resolve—or if it will resolve completely. This potential side effect was never discussed with me before treatment. Overall, I regret having the procedure done. Whether the needle depth was too aggressive or I simply had an uncommon reaction, the result has been a lot of pain followed by an outcome that currently leaves me looking worse than before and feeling more self-conscious about the treated area. One additional issue was related to pricing. During my consultation, I was given a brochure that listed a discounted price for a single treatment session. However, when I returned a week later for the procedure, that discount was not honored, and I was charged full price. In the end, I wish I had never gone through with the treatment. My main hope now is that the hyperpigmentation eventually fades completely.

I highly recommend VIO Med Spa in Sugar Land. I started my membership last year and I'm glad I did. The staff is so kind, personable, and professional. Shivangi has done all my treatments and she is amazing. She is a nurse practitioner and experienced injector. She always takes her time with any of my questions or concerns, making me feel comfortable at every appointment. They offer complimentary consultations, so if you're considering or looking for a new Med Spa, set an appointment!

I see Shivangi for my tox and filler. She is amazing! I have been going for a while now and just got filter this last time and she made me feel so confident about my choice and the look. I couldn't be happier.
