VIP Nails Sugar Land

So I went to VIP on Sunday the day before my birthday trip and me and my man got a pedicure and we paid for the luxury one with crystals. I was suppose to get gel on my nails and for some reason it started peeling on Monday. Yep the next day. Look at the pictures. Unfortunately I wish I could go back the next day but I’m out of country until Friday. I am very sad at the polish because the ladies we had were wonderful. One foot polish is not clean and neat. Just very disappointed because we paid over $120. Update now my big toe nail broke off and paint peeled off. Is only been a week now

I had a wonderful experience with Annie and Holly. They were so patient and very neat. I didn’t set an appointment because it was my first time, but as soon as I walked in I was helped. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. The spa was very clean and it had such a nice atmosphere. They served me a drink that was so good, I wish I got another one before I left. This was such a relaxing experience and a much needed pampering! I will definitely be back and I’m going to bring my mom next visit.

I got my nails done here on Thursday, and within four days one nail had already broken. When I went back for a repair, I specifically requested a different nail technician because I wasn’t happy with the original technician’s work or attitude. After waiting about 30 minutes, another technician repaired the nail but used a different color that clearly didn’t match the rest of my nails. When I pointed it out, the person at the front desk said, “It looks similar,” and told me to ask the original technician which color she had used instead of helping resolve the issue. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to figure out which product or color was used they should know how to handle that. To make matters worse, my nails are already showing lifting after only four days, which shouldn’t be happening with a fresh set. Overall, I was disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service. I won’t be returning.

Wow, am I impressed! 5 stars! I have officially found my new nail girl Min at this location. Nail techs can do nails but not all can performance impeccable nail art. I have been to many nail salons but this is the one for nail art folks. All I did was show her an inspo pic and she brought it to life. I was quoted the same amount I was charged so props for that as well. All over, great experience and you know I'll be staring at these nails for days! 😍

I had a wonderful experience getting my nails done at VIP Nails, and I was really happy with the service up until checkout. My total was $112, and I clearly said I wanted to leave a $20 tip. However, when the amount was entered, the total came out to $146, which made the tip $34 instead of $20. I didn’t want to make a scene or argue in the moment, so I paid it, but I do think it’s important for other customers to be mindful when checking out. Please double-check that the tip amount being entered is correct before paying. I truly hope this was an honest mistake and not intentional, but customers should definitely do their due diligence. The nail service itself was great, but the checkout experience left me uncomfortable.
