Absolutely, unprofessional. The staff closed 5 minutes early and told me, quote, we have homes and families to go to, put up a sign and then close the window. They have zero customer care. And I waited in line in the drive through for over an hour for 4 cars infront. Something needs to be done. Please get your drugs from somewhere else. Anywhere else! I have not seen a level of incompetence from adults like this in my entire life. We are obviously moving all of our prescriptions to someplace further away.
Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I’ve been to in my 41 years. Just took 45 minutes to get through the drive through pickup line with only 4 cars ahead of me. Always a minimum of a 30 minute wait so plan for that. NEVER have my prescriptions …
Horrible Service! I just transferred all my Rx to a local pharmacy. 1. They utilize a "Central Fill" system for their chronic meds. This means that they never have enough on hand to fill your prescription. You have to wait for the central fill location to mail it to the store usually adding a 2 day delay. 2. When you Rx arrives from central fill it is in an extremely large bottle that is very inconvenient. Many times the pills inside barely cover the bottom. This takes up too much space. I usually remove the label and transfer to an appropriate sized bottle from a previous Rx... a major pain 3. They use a auto system to request refills. I called in 2 Rx Wednesday evening and the system told me they would be ready by Friday afternoon. I went to pick up on Saturday and they told me they were being mailed from Central Fill and would not arrive until Monday. They could, however do a partial fill and require me to make another trip to pick up the rest. 4. Some of the staff is kind and helpful, but they are the rare exception. Most are rude and treat you like they are doing you a favor and like you are causing issues when you simply try to pick up an Rx that their system told you would be ready. There are never enough staff on hand to help. Today, after 2 years of putting up with their horrible service, I finally cut the cord. When you see one star average rating, know you know why. Best to find a local pharmacy that still understands customer service. Maybe some day they will learn... past experience is not encouraging.
Very rude and unprofessional. They act as if we are living at their mercy. They have no manners in how to speak to people, and if you are even a little slow in talking, they become extremely rude on the spot. Absolutely no patience or courtesy.
Only if I could give 0 stars.. Undisciplined and no respect of time. For a scheudled vaccine appointment and 30 minutes later, still no idea and the excuse is that "this is our busy time".. …
