WellMed at Irving

I have been going to Dr.Newton/ Brandi for years under USMD before it was wellmed. The office staff is great.! The medical assistants are caring, responsive to messages and sweet. My providers are the best. They take the time to listen and are very understanding. I moved an hour away from the office and continue to keep them as my PCP office. The care I get from my providers and staff at WellMed is worth the drive.

They never answer their phones and don’t call with lab results. No matter which extension you choose, no one answers in a timely manner. I am extremely disappointed in the purchase of this clinic by WellMed. They’ve gone downhill so much. It’s not a one stop clinic anymore and it doesn’t feel welcoming like it did in the past. It’s very cold and transactional for sure. I only stay because I love Kierra Smith and Dr Biard. I wish they would open their own clinic.

I want to start off by saying the 3-star rating is due to my horrible wait time for lab work today. That said, I have been seeing Dr. Ashley So for over a decade, and she is hands-down the best physician. Not only does she truly listen and take everything you’re concerned about into consideration, but you can also have a real, down-to-earth conversation with her. She is genuinely caring, understanding, and attentive to your needs at all times. I also want to give a major shoutout to the lab team—Azucena, Cierra, Jamez, and Mrs. Z. Despite a very busy and stressful environment, they remained kind, patient, and professional. Their positive attitudes and efforts to reassure patients did not go unnoticed and truly helped ease the frustration during a long wait. While the wait time for labs was extremely disappointing, the care and professionalism from both Dr. So and the lab team made a meaningful difference in my overall experience.

Good morning, Praise the Lord for the best medical team at wellmed in Irving Texas. Doctor Atiq Budhani and his team are the best ever. Atiq Budhani is the best primary care doctor, I have ever had. He is kind and very caring, about my health and my brother's health as well. Doctor Budhani and his team goes the extra mile with caring hearts to make sure that there patience are taking care of. It's very hard to find great Doctors that truly cares, Doctor Budhani and his team❤️Thank you and God bless for great service from Linda and Michael Allen for taking care of us. You all are the best ever, great team keep up the great work🙏

By far the worst clinic. The registration workers are not forth coming with information, if I ask do I need to pay anything at the time of my visit and you tell me no, and then ask me for $120 when I get to the counter to check in that’s is a problem. Every time I come for an appointment it’s a problem, I have only stayed this long because I really love and enjoy my provider, but I can no longer be a patient for this company. As someone who works in the healthcare field this is just unacceptable and no compassion is being shown.
