Sign in to reviewWent to this beauty supply on 6/20/26 to purchase a straight edge razor kit, after arriving home to use the razor discovered razors were so dull it wouldn't cut my hair on 6/22/26 I return to the store to exchange blades for a package that wasn't dull the employee tells me he couldn't exchange the item because I didn't open the package properly so he could resale the item my question was why are you trying to resale a defective item? He couldn't give a logical answer for his response. This store is frequented by a majority black people and we definitely deserve better service than what this store provides we shouldn't have to purchase defective items with hard earned money we keep the doors off this store open and definitely deserve better there are several beauty supply businesses in this particular area with much better customer.
I cannot recommend this store enough! If you need anything, and I mean ANYTHING they got it. They are the sweetest people and I always leave with more than I needed or something I was going to order online but ended up finding here. LOVE THIS STORE !!!

I’ve had a terrible experience at this store. They sell you bad product and the guy who owns it and who ever works here is extremely rude. Don’t come here
Came in on a whim looking for hair for a sew-in since my bundles aren’t going to make it in time for my appointment. Super friendly customer service! They opened the packs so I could match my hair accurately since it’s been a minute since I bought pack hair. I even got a few freebies with my purchase and they have all the usuals you look for. I would come back if I run into this situation again.
