I'm not someone who usually complains, but I feel it's important to warn others to stay away from this place.‼️ My friend and I walked in and asked if they had a diamond tester. The employee in the grey shirt said yes and told us the cost would be $3, which I agreed to. However, after testing my ring, they suddenly raised the price to $50. When I declined to pay that unreasonable amount, the man in the red jacket threatened to call the police, as if I had stolen something. It made me feel intimidated and treated like a criminal. I eventually offered $20 just so we could leave, and they accepted. I felt completely taken advantage of. We later went to three different jewelry stores (Daniels, Kay, and Helzberg), and each one told us that they test diamonds for free. When I explained what had happened and the $50 charge, they were shocked and said that amount was outrageous for a simple test. I don't enjoy speaking negatively about anyone's business, but based on my experience and the similar stories shared by others these scams need to stop. 🛑 Wishing everyone a blessed day, and please be cautious

I have been here a couple of times and both gentlemen have been very helpful and nice when it came to fixing my busted bracelet. I believe the prices have gone up by about $10 from last year but I guess it’s a gold thing. I love that there is no appointment needed walk-ins are welcomed and your jewelry is usually ready within an hour or two, depending on how busy they are. They even polished it and cleaned it for me. very quick and efficient. I always recommend this place to friends.
