Badar was the very 1st associate to help my husband and I pick out my engagement ring and ring guards back in 2011. She helped us through the entire process of customizing my bands and we absolutely loved them. She has become extended family to us, so much so that we gave her a personal invitation to our wedding and even took road trips to see her at so she could meet our children when they were small. Unfortunately, after 15 years, I lost my bands and had to go through the process of insurance claims and replacements. Yet, both Badar and Sonya have been instrumental in helping us with this process. They have been patient as well as persistent in making sure everything goes smoothly and correctly. Their customer service is hands down white glove treatment. Their expertise is priceless, not to mention so are the wedding rings, lol. I would, without a shadow of doubt, recommend Robbins Brothers in Dallas, as well as Badar and Sonya to anyone and everyone shopping for timeless wedding pieces. You won't be disappointed in the quality and overall experience, trust me, it's worth every penny!
Had an amazing experience with Amy Nappier. I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to unexpected weather delays. Amy made time for me to be able to come in while their half off diamond deal was still going on. I did not expect to go home that day with a diamond but I did. I wanted a custom engagement ring and throughout the process she made sure she was very thorough and had an understanding of what exactly I wanted. She was very timely with sending back the CADs and was communicating with me every step of the way. Amy and her team was able to make my dream come true and produce my dream ring! 10/10 recommend Amy Nappier and her team. Thank you Amy. It was a pleasure working with you.
Amazing experience with Dawson. Thought I would stop in to window shop for a birthday ring that was only in my imagination. We went though all the options, making sure this idea could be brought to life. After consulting with the jeweler multiple times and even bringing out a sharpie, he made my dreams come true. I came to this Robins Brothers location in late 2025 to buy my fiancé’s engagement ring and had an amazing experience. Marjorie was super helpful and accommodating. Today, my fiancé and I came back and purchased our wedding bands! Dawson was super helpful throughout this process and made us both feel so comfortable.
