I have never had such a poor experience that I felt convicted to leave a bad review before. Every time I go in this location I am treated unkindly and like I’m stupid. Today I sent my assistant to pick up some last minute color we needed for a guest this evening, this store states it closes at 2pm online and on the doors. My assistant got there at 1:00 and the lights were off and doors were locked. There is no other beauty supply store we could have gone to as a second choice, and trust me, I’ve looked. We lost $$$ due to this. Every time I speak with the cashier, she cannot communicate in English and gives me all sorts of wild answers, and then is visibly annoyed at ME for not understanding, when she is not understanding my question in the first place. She is not kind and never gracious. No basic human to human decency. If I could leave zero stars I would. If this location knew what was good for their brand, they would take major action.

I've been coming here for years. The staff has changed, but I'm always greeted, and 90% of the time, they have what I'm looking for. I love that they decorate for holidays/promos. They are always so sweet when I bring in my toddler, too.

Absolutely terrible customer service, accused the lady in front of us of stealing when they did not give her the shampoo she paid for. Gave us attitude and made up rules on the spot and made us sign a contract because she was upset??? Other location is much better.

I was a customer for years at this location. Last year I spent close to $4K at this location (I’m just a small business so it’s probably not a lot to them) and God knows how much as of year to date. …

Not sure if there's a new owner or management,, but the shelves are full!! Customer service is much better. Nobody walking around eating and ignoring me. I absolutely hated this location,what a great improvement 🤍 Give this place ONE more try- hopefully they have what you need or it can be preOrdered. …
