It is open every day of the week, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., giving visitors a broad range of hours to consider when arranging a visit. The business has a 4.3-star rating from 50 reviews, offering a useful snapshot of customers’ varied experiences.

Customers who had positive visits describe a clean, elegant, and welcoming environment. Reviews also praise therapists for skilled, thoughtful service and a professional approach, with some guests saying they have returned repeatedly. These comments suggest AZ Massage Retreat Spa may appeal to people who value a tidy setting and attentive care during a massage. The spa’s focus is massage service; the available business information does not specify particular massage styles or treatments, so guests with a preferred technique or specific needs may wish to ask about availability before their appointment.

Feedback is not uniformly positive, and prospective visitors may appreciate knowing that. Some reviewers report concerns involving customer service, scheduling, communication, or the length of a session. One customer said a one-hour appointment ended early, while another described being asked to change from an hour to a shorter massage after arriving. A separate review mentions loud conversation during treatment. These are individual accounts, not a guarantee of what another guest will experience, but they point to practical details worth confirming when booking.

To help set clear expectations, consider confirming your appointment time, the planned session length, and the price before service begins. You can also ask how the spa handles payment and gratuity, since reviewers have described different experiences around these details. If quiet surroundings matter to you, it may be helpful to mention that preference when scheduling. Clear communication can make it easier to decide whether the service and timing fit your plans, especially if you are arranging a visit around work, errands, or other commitments in Phoenix.

AZ Massage Retreat Spa may suit Phoenix residents and visitors seeking a massage in a clean, welcoming setting, as well as returning customers who report consistently good experiences. Its daily 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. hours offer flexibility across the week, and its Bell Road address identifies its location in north Phoenix. With both favorable comments about massage quality and critical feedback about service and appointment expectations represented among its reviews, the most useful approach is to contact the spa directly with questions and confirm the details that matter to you before visiting.
