Bath & Body Works

Mely and Chloe were very helpful with information and purchases. We had a mistake on our receipt and Chloe corrected it for us with patience and kindness. The store was very clean and nicely organized, and everybody was friendly. I would definitely come back to this Bath & Body.

Literally, last night was my birthday. I went to bath and body works at this location since there is an sales going on. We walked in, no one assisted. I thought it was weird at first because compare to the Fashion Valley location that we usually go to. The workers are super helpful and always ask questions to assist us. But i didnt really keep that in mind because I thought they maybe busy or sum. Then there is a perfume that my friends wanted to buy, she asked if there is any left. She picked up the bottle then was about to ask them. One of the lady took away the perfume that was in my friend's hands saying that " The perfume is not included in this 4.95 sales." while my friends was about pay it. WHAT? that was hella rude. We didn't dress very nice since we came here like right after school. She could have said something different. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am impressed with the service I received at Body and Bath MIRA MESA, primarily due to Ms Ericka's outstanding assistance. She showed remarkable patience and kindness in helping me locate 30+ items and wrapping them individually. Also Ms Betty at the Cashier too.

I love this store. I normally go to the one in Otay Ranch, Chula Vista. But the service is great in all of their stores

Very good collections and has best offers and discounts always..and this store has a very good customer service ..very friendly and helpful staff..they once called me back to say they have stocked back my favourite perfume..they update us with best items in store and fast moving frangrance always..thier gift bags are cute and fancy..great stuffs offered and very friendly to store..
