Sign in to reviewBeen coming here for years. Older Asian lady at the front has become very unfriendly and cold-faced. I buy a variety of things here. But on said day she decides to walk over to check to see if the makeup I'm trying on is a tester. Excuse me?What do i look like? I just looked at her in disgust. There are too many beauty supply stores with excellent service within minutes of me, for me to drive here for the rudeness. Goodbye.
Employees are very rude and they watched me and my daughters like hawks as if we were trying to steal. I will not be returning! Black women spend your money with businesses that appreciate you and your business.
Good evening, This establishment is discriminatory against the customers coming prior to closing. This would have been my first time and it will be my last. I was here prior on Father’s Day 10 minutes prior to closing and they refused to let me in.
The amount of supplies and wigs is abundant, and the service was great. The full human wig in natural black I got however is not the best and says it’s not dyed but after one wash the water was black and there are light brown/ blonde hairs showing. Even stitching from the built in wig cap is coming undone. And since you can’t return wigs it’s a bit of a risk especially since you’re paying so much.
