I have been a customer here for five years, but I will not be returning. In the past—precisely because of their excellent product quality—I would drive two hours all the way from San Diego just to purchase their oils. However, a repeated pattern of highly unprofessional behavior has forced me to give up on this establishment. On three consecutive occasions, they provided me with the wrong oil and refused to offer any form of compensation, leaving me with no choice but to make a four-hour round trip just to exchange the items. When I made a reasonable request for free home delivery as compensation, their excuse was that my location was too far away, stating that they only offer free delivery to nearby areas. then I provided an another address in a nearby neighborhood, yet they still insisted that I pay for the delivery fees. They are unreasonable and highly unprofessional.

This store is a scam place! I ordered a dozen hair dyes #6 which is black color and they sent a dozen of #5 dark brown dyes inside of #6 packaging. They're trying to get rid of their overstocked item this way scamming their customers. Bad! Bad business!

I purchased three bottles of 3-in-1 Punky Colour depositing shampoo. The 3 bottles plus shipping was less than I would have paid at Amazon (with FREE shipping!), they were shipped and delivered SUPER fast, and they were packaged perfectly. I will definitely consider ordering from them again.

This place is awesome! They have 2 security guards outside which i thought was random but they also patrol inside. Do not go to Sally's beauty or you will overpay. The store has a big variety and is great for hair, nail waxing and some skin care. They have great prices and their rewards program is very fair. I bought gigi soft wax for $7 when sally's was selling the exact same for about $15. The store could be more organized, but the staff was very helpful. I will be returning.

I was very reluctant to order from a company I never heard of. There are so many in this category and you never know who is legitimate. But I took a chance because they had a product I wanted and was unavailable or much higher priced from other vendors. I was pleasantly surprised right from the start with their email communication and the remarkable speed of deliver, and packaging, to South Florida. I would definitely use this company again.
