Went here the other day, and they immediately tried to hard-sell me on a $25,000 engagement ring. I'm not sure if I looked like I was made of money or something, but they didn't ask what I was looking for, what my girlfriend liked, or anything. Just immediately went to "oh look at this $19,000 ring. Wanna buy it?" It was appalling. And I know they had cheaper rings too, because I looked online before going in person. I'm not sure why they immediately went for the ultra-expensive rings.

I waited a little while before writing this review, wanting to let the dopamine settle after such a great experience at Ben Adams Precious Jewels, just to be sure my thoughts weren’t purely emotional. That said, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this jewelry store. From my very first interaction with them over the phone to my visit to the store, everything was exceptional. I called shortly after they opened and was promptly greeted and assisted. I had a very specific ring in mind and came prepared with all the details so they could check their inventory. The ring was available, and I decided to visit the store and see it in person. A few days later, I went to the store—and the ring did not disappoint. It was even more beautiful in person: a stunning three-stone Citrine and Garnet ring that absolutely took my breath away. Needless to say, I purchased it! They even sized the ring for me at no extra charge, and I had it back within a few days. I’ve been thrilled with it ever since. Now, I’ve saved one of the best details for last. When I first called, I spoke with a gentleman who introduced himself by name, Brad. Before hanging up, I asked if I should ask for him specifically when I came in, and he kindly replied that anyone at the store would be happy to help me. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and assisted, and only after making my purchase did, I realize that the helpful gentleman from the phone was actually one of the owners. He was so kind, friendly, and genuine and this is also true of the employees that assisted me. In the end, it was the ring that first caught my attention—but it was the way I was treated that truly won me over. Thank you so much for treating me like a queen! This was my first time purchasing from the store but it won’t be the last. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases.

February 2025 Great place to buy some jewelry for your favorite person or loved one. The business is locally owned, and staff by professionals who are courteous, knowledgeable, service minded people. Every time I have visited this business I have not been disappointed. I hope you decide to visit and that your experience is as good as mine.

Ben Adams' experienced staff went above and beyond to restring mother's pearls for my daughter's wedding. The large store has many wonderful one-of-a-kind pieces such as a ring designed in house that set off the natural cabochon ruby exquisitely. I especially delighted in their bold estate jewelry priced at an excellent value. I'd recommend Ben Adams to those who appreciate knowledgeable jewelers when selecting an heirloom piece.
