When shopping for an engagement ring I visited several highly rated stores in the West Chester area before discovering Big Diamond Importer & Fine Jewelry. While many of the stores I visited offered a decent selection and fair pricing, I was not truly impressed until I spoke with Ron at Big Diamond Importers. While many stores in the area checked a lot of the boxes for good quality and customer experience, none of them matched the superior customer service and passion that Ron provided at Big Diamond. I was very particular about what band and diamond size I wanted as well as the price I was willing to pay. Ron was patient and worked diligently to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and for a price that worked for us. I would highly recommend coming to Ron for any jewelry needs as his customer experience and quality selection is truly the best you will find in the area.
If I could give Ron ten stars, instead of five, I would. He would truly deserve it. I found my 16 year engagement ring to have lost a diamond and received an estimate to get it fixed elsewhere. They said it lost two prongs and needed the diamond replaced. I then brought it to Ron's Big Diamond Importer & Fine Jewelry for an estimate. He had many wonderful highly rated reviews and I wanted to try him out for an estimate as well. He informed me four prongs were needed, with the replacement of the missing diamond, and verified with proof of taking the time to show me under a microscope. He is exceedingly professional, precise and pleasant to be around. If I need anything done in the future, I would 100% go back to Ron and highly recommend everyone else to do the same!

In a world where you can look online at tons of styles but can’t really trust where you buy, going to a real jeweler and getting help from Ron at Big Diamond is the biggest help!!
