This is a really good beauty supply store. It’s tucked away so I’m sure business could be better. But quality cleanliness quantity. Friendly atmosphere. Small but easier for shoppers with anxiety (me) lol. Also have resource cards for local stylists at the register. Absolutely worth the visit. Every time.

She has a warm personality and truly is attentive to her customers even during the somewhat hectic time when I was there a few days ago just before noon. 😊

Limited variety of hair selections but massive amounts of the same things. Just like any other beauty supply store, the employees are unfamiliar with the products. There is nothing niche about this one that I experienced. Additionally, I made a purchase that I wasn’t sure about (because the employee couldn’t really help me as she didn’t know anything about the products). She told me that I could EXCHANGE if I didn’t open the packages. When the receipt printed, I noticed it said no returns or exchanges. I mentioned that to the sales associate and she said they will exchange. When I returned to the store, of course, they said no exchanges are allowed. 🫠 I told them the associate who told me that and they didn’t choose to verify it. They just said that she misinformed me. Understood - not going back.
