And the fried tofu is amazing!! it seems to be battered and fried fresh to order and it is delicious! I drive out of my way to come here, even though there are Boba spots closer to me
We used to order from this place regularly and they had some of my favorite egg rolls ever. Unfortunately, today when we received our food it was very clear that the fry oil had not been changed in a long time and everything had a burnt taste. The wings were especially bad but the taste permeated throughout all the dishes. The drinks were good though, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one.
My kiddos loved their boba drinks! They really especially loved that popcorn chicken! You can get it spicy too!
Really enjoyed the boba here, great flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. The snacks were okay. The space itself is super nice and has a chill vibe, which made it a great spot to sit down and get some work done. Definitely a solid place to grab a drink and focus for a bit!
I placed an online order for two fruit teas with mango stars.(On 3/20 late morning). When I got there, and while the employee was grabbing my items, I noticed on the menu board that mango stars were crossed out, so I asked if they were out. The employee confirmed they were. What confused me was that she never mentioned it, even though I had paid for mango stars in both drinks. When I asked what was added instead, she just kept repeating that they were out, without offering any solution and she clearly knew I had paid for them. I had to explicitly ask what would be done about the items I paid for, and there was no apology or acknowledgment at all. Eventually, she asked if I wanted a remake or refund, and I chose a refund. Then she pulled out her phone to add up two charges of about 65 cents, which made the whole process feel even more awkward and unprofessional. I completely understand that places run out of items, that happens. What was frustrating was that she didn’t seem to understand that I had already been charged for something they didn’t have. Instead of addressing it, she just kept repeating that they were out, and it felt like the issue was being ignored until I kept pushing. That shouldn’t be something the customer has to explain. I'm going to add that the drinks tasted good, but this was my first and last time there.
