First time coming, they moved next to food4less. I had great service from the two sweet girls. Didn’t exactly find what I was looking for but got a decent alternative. Swing by if you need something you’ll never know they might just have it!
I rushed over here during a hair crisis at 7:30p, thinking 30 minites was PLENTY of time to find the right products that I desperately needed. Only to find that they close at 7:45p, not 8p. I was rudely rushed out of the store at 7:47p. Correct your hours, or even better, post them - correctly. If I had known they closed earlier, I would have went somewhere else and been able to get the items I needed. I haven't come to this beauty supply in years [maybe even a decade] and now I remember why. Poor customer service, and low inventory.
I went to CDC beauty supply store on 3/6/2021. I drove 30 minutes to get there and arrived at 7:48 pm. There was another person checking out while I got the items I needed. The sales associate, Martha (with bangs) was rude, didn’t greet me, and made me feel that my presence annoyed her. I understand it was close to 8pm, but it wasn’t 8pm and I’m a frequent customer. Ultimately she started counting down the cash register just as I wanted to purchase something. She said I wouldn’t be able to check out. This was at 7:49 pm. I drove there for one item because stores in my neighborhood close at 7 and do not sell the products I need. Ultimately, I will not be back to this store front. I am disappointed by how I was treated.
This particular store use to be OK Beauty Supply. Now that CDC has taken over I find more of the brands l like. Plus as a licensed stylist I received my 10% discount too. But it’s not just the variety of the various products that I like. It’s the customer service that I have received ever single visit. The young man who now manages the business, is efficient, courteous, and very helpful. “ Hats off to the nice changes that were made in the store.”
