Careplus Pharmacy

Careplus Pharmacy is a neighborhood pharmacy at 701 W Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Ste 1 in Tampa, FL. It serves people looking for a local place to fill prescriptions and get helpful, personal service. Customers describe the staff as friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and several reviewers say they have relied on the pharmacy for many years. That long-term trust is a meaningful part of the experience here: people mention returning with their families, recommending Careplus to others, and appreciating the care they receive when handling prescription needs.

Prescription affordability is another detail that customers highlight. One reviewer said a prescription priced at more than $100 elsewhere was available at Careplus for $12. That is an individual customer’s experience, not a guarantee of pricing for every medication, but it reflects why some people value asking the pharmacy about prescription costs. Reviewers also mention helpful staff and shorter waits than they had experienced at other pharmacies. If you are comparing local options, you can contact Careplus to discuss a prescription and confirm current pricing, availability, and any requirements before visiting.

Customers describe the pharmacy as clean and the service as hospitable, with staff willing to help when a customer is unsure about the hours. One review recounts arriving after closing to pick up a prescription and being invited in by the pharmacist, an example of attentive service that the customer remembered. The supplied customer feedback also mentions delivery, though availability and terms should be confirmed directly with the pharmacy. Careplus may suit individuals and families who appreciate a friendly neighborhood setting, assistance with prescription questions, and an alternative to a long wait in line. The business has a listed rating of 4.6 from 27 reviews.

Careplus Pharmacy’s listed hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is closed Sunday. These hours give customers weekday access as well as a shorter Saturday window, while reviews note that some would welcome later evening hours. Because hours, prescription availability, and service options can change, check directly with the pharmacy before making a trip. For people in Tampa seeking a local pharmacy with customer-reported friendly service, personal attention, and a focus on affordable prescription options, Careplus is a practical place to consider.
