Every bit of damage was gone, the finish looked flawless, and they even detailed the interior. My car came back looking cleaner and newer than I ever expected. The people at Vivid collision are wonderful and knowledgeable people. I worked with Ryan and he was fantastic. I had a CEL on my Accord for an over boost situation. They stepped through the all the proper checks for me and ultimately got me out the door with minimal cost and my car working fine. I have a much better understanding of the issue and know who to go to if it creeps up again. You can trust them with your car.

I want to start by saying the actual work done on my car is perfect. You would never know anything happened to it at all. The paint and bodywork are top notch. But even more than that, and the reason I will always recommend them to any and everyone any time I can is how phenomenal the staff and customer service is. Everyone at Vivid was truly amazing from start to finish. Without hesitation the entire staff were always courteous, kind, and went out of their way over and over again. It really was beyond customer service. They showed me grace, generosity, compassion, treated me with dignity, and acted in ways that only genuinely good human beings would, receiving no incentive or benefit outside of their own morals and values. I am blessed to have met each one of Vivid's team, and I can never thank or repay them enough for helping me. I appreciate you all so, so much.

What a great experience!! From the moment I walked in the door I was a victim of GREAT customer service which is not a common thing nowadays in the mechanic world. Right away I felt very comfortable with the way the greeted me as I walked in the door and how they walked me through our vehicle issues. You see, I have been taking my vehicles to the same mechanic for 15+ years and I never imagined there could be something better out there; boy was I wrong. We had an issue with my wife's van A/C and we were told by others thay we would have to put in thousands of $$ to repair it but these guys were able to find the issue and repair it effeciently. They didn't made me feel like they were taking advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. INTEGRITY would be the best word I have to describe them. The issue was explained to me, the repair was addressed efficiently and the charge was very fair. THE CHERRY ON TOP WAS HOW CLEAN THEY LEDT OUR VAN AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I have found my new mechanic for the foreseeable future.
