Dear CDC Manager, I am writing to express concern about inconsistent and misleading store hours at your location. Several times I have arrived near your posted closing time only to find the doors already locked. For example, when the store is listed as closing at 7:30 PM on google, and you arrive the doors have been closed as early as 7:15 PM. This creates confusion for customers, disrupts plans, and risks lost sales. Clear, accurate hours are a basic expectation. When posted times are not honored, customers feel misled and may lose trust in your business. I hope you will address this promptly. Accurate hours and consistent service protect your reputation and help maintain customer loyalty. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

There was a kindhearted, easy going black woman at the register with glasses. She was amazing with customer service, very gracious, and went above and beyond to help me today when I was looking for braiding hair. I have three heads to get done, already stressed on time and how I was going to make things work, but she really did help improve my day. The receipt said her name was Kim O. She’s seriously the best! Thank you!

I like a couple of the girls who work here but the young man who worked this recent Saturday afternoon /evening needs to find another job for real. A couple months ago, I asked him if they sold a product, and if so, where I could find it. He says “did you see it over there?” And points to a corner of the store and I said “no” (obviously). Then he goes “then I don’t think we sell that.” Come to find out, I did end up finding an entire bottom row of what I was looking for, on the opposite side of the store from where he pointed. He was lazy, stuck on his phone, and did not want to leave the back of the counter to look for anything! Then this past Saturday, I gave him a couple bundles of hair and some other items and ran to go grab one more thing. When I got back, he points at the things that I had just brought to him and asked me “Just this right?” So I said yes. After I paid for everything, he starts bagging my stuff but I saw that there was an item that I never picked up “, being tossed into the bag. I kindly said “oh I didn’t get that” He looks at me blank like I just annoyed him, and asked “you want store credit?” And I kindly responded with “no thank you just my money back” He starts putting the refund together and then after giving me my change, this boy decides to ask me “when I asked you if this was yours why did you say yes?” EXCUSE ME???? Who the hell do you think you are to actually confidently feel like I owed you an answer??? About something SO simple and EASY. Like I’m sorry, did I inconvenience you by asking you to take a few seconds to fix your error? I said “you pointed at the things I just gave you, why is this an issue?” He grabbed his phone and walked away. I used to love this store but I’m definitely going somewhere else from now on, cause who wants to be treated like an inconvenience and never get the help you’re looking for?

I love this place.I feel always welcomed by the owner she is so sweet with a big heart. Her employees are also great whatever help I need they are able to assist me with what I need Thank you guys again for being my closest saloon and a good one .
