I came here to browse the selection of Omega watches. The older white man who served me looked me up and down and then was dismissive and rude. I suspect he brushed me aside as a customer because I'm a younger woman. This store reflects poorly on all luxury watch stores, and I recommend not giving them any of your business. Edit regarding the store's response: This occurred about a year ago, so the staff member in question may no longer be part of the team. I've already bought all of the watches I want, but I'm glad to hear the store's willingness to set up a private appointment and resolve the issue.

I'd like to share my delightful experience with Sheree at the Palo Alto location. Sheree graciously provided us with insights into the history of this family-owned business. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Sheree's warm welcome and the time she spent showing us some exquisite Grand Seiko pieces truly stood out. Her dedication and meticulous attention to detail were exceptional. Additionally, Sheree kindly informed us about the summer sale and even offered extra discounts on some timepieces we were interested in. As a new watch owner, I wanted my first purchase to be meaningful, and CH Premier in Palo Alto absolutely delivered. David helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process. I came in knowing what I liked aesthetically, but not fully understanding movements, GMT functions, long-term care, or how different brands compare. David broke everything down clearly without ever making me feel inexperienced. What I appreciated most was how passionate and knowledgeable he is about watches at every level. Been there about 4 times. Every time they make me fee I'm losing their time and they are pretty rude. One time they did not allow me to remove the plastic protector from the case ( on 15K watch) another one they did not allow me to wind the watch (!!!) Today i asked to walk around the store with a watch (to try the bracelet fit) and the response from the lady is "you cannot move away from me"... I wont be buying my next watch here

I have been looking at the Vacheron Constantin Fifty Six for a little while. Couple weeks ago, I went to CH Premier to check out and tried their watches. They have quite a few available. My salesman Gary is very knowledgeable about watches and he is also a watch enthusiast. He took his time showing and explaining those watches inside and out. The whole process was enjoyable and he was not pushy at all. I end up bought not only the Fifty Six I was looking at, but also the Historiques. Gary knows watches even outside the brands they carry. He is the go to guy when it comes to watches. Highly recommended!
