I have used Charleston Alexander for over 20 years. 5 larger $ purchases including rings, earings and pendants over the years. I just bought an amazing custom diamond necklace for my partner as an anniversary gift. Duane was amazing as always. He helped me design the perfect necklace. He got me a really great GIA graded stone that was a real bargin, when I compared it to other equally GIA graded diamonds on line. He helped me with a really cool and substantial platinum setting and chain. The delivery was fast and easy. She was stunned!! All I can say is that Duane and Charleston are ROCK STARS! I got an amazing piece of investment grade jewelry at a really great price. Thanks Duane and Charleston Alexander. Do not buy a diamond without at least checking with Duane.
If i could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I was looking for an engagement/ wedding ring set, i worked with Duane who helped me to design a ring which i wanted and was able to help me to get my ring by the date i needed. Duane was extremely professional, helpful and amazing to work with. After seeing the design photos i was very happy but after receiving the ring i was amazed how much more amazing the ring looked once i had received it. This process and i never set for in the store and never met Duane, but i will use him again for any jewelry needs i have in the future. I highly recommend Charles Alexander and ask for Duane!
Top notch service! Getting my engagement ring fixed after 24 years and my wedding band re-sized. Also purchased a beautiful anniversary band while there. The staff are all very patient and willing to meet all your needs. Tyler is also re-engraving my wedding band for free since the re-sizing of it will affect the original engraving - very much appreciated the exceptional service!
