It offers a practical place to look for beauty and hair supplies, whether you are stopping in for a specific item or browsing for something to complete a style. Customers describe a clean, organized shop with a broad selection and helpful staff. One shopper came in looking for pipe cleaners for their hair, found that the exact color they wanted was unavailable, and chose red instead, with a result they liked. That kind of real-world account gives visitors a useful sense of the store: selection can include creative styling supplies, and asking about alternatives may help when a particular item or color is not on hand.

Reviews suggest that Charlotte Beauty suits people who value convenient, hands-on shopping and a range of products in one place. Customers say the team is generally welcoming and helpful without hovering, and one review notes that if an item is not available, staff will try to help find a solution. That can make a visit more straightforward when you are comparing options or need assistance locating a product. Shoppers also mention clean, respectful surroundings. Experiences with customer service are not identical, however: one visitor reported a quiet checkout interaction and wished for a warmer greeting. The feedback overall is mixed but leans positive, with a 4.1-star rating from 54 reviews, so expectations around service may vary from visit to visit.

Value is another reason some locals make this shop a regular stop. A reviewer who has visited other beauty supply stores said Charlotte Beauty’s prices seemed genuinely lower by comparison and described it as a go-to store. Another shopper wished that prices were lower, so it may be worth comparing costs for the products you plan to buy. The store’s selection and helpful approach are recurring strengths in customer comments, while individual expectations about pricing and checkout service differ. If you are shopping for hair supplies, styling accessories, or other beauty-store essentials, the reviews point to a useful neighborhood option where you can browse in person and ask for help when needed.
